Couldn't you then abuse this by activating a PC and then taking away the internet and activating another PC with the same key? Loosing the license when reinstalling the os or not being able to move it to another PC or installation would be a deal breaker for me.

When I use the key to activate davinci resolve and then reinstall my OS, can I use the same key to activate the new installation of resolve?There's basically no way of telling that it's the same computer, it could really be any computer with the same IP.
